How enrollment, refunds, payments and use of this website work at Tekskills.

About these terms

These Terms of Service and Disclaimer apply to the tekskillsacademy.com website, operated by TEKSKILLS Computer Learning Center ("Tekskills," "we" or "us"). Together they are the complete agreement for use of this website, as described under General terms below.

Refund policy

Tuition refunds are determined as follows. After classes begin, the refund is based on the percentage of enrollment time completed.

  • Books and supplies: used or opened items are not refundable. Unused items are refundable.
  • Exam fees: exam fees paid up front are refunded in full if the exam is not taken.
  • Special cases (for example illness, accident or bereavement): the school will make a reasonable and fair settlement.

Payment

Tuition and other purchases can be paid using the payment options offered on this website. We may change our payment procedures at any time without prior notice.

Books, supplies and shipping

  • Risk of loss and title pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
  • International orders may be subject to customs and import duties, which vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Tekskills is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages resulting from improper international shipping.
  • Sales tax is charged on merchandise at the applicable state rate, based on the shipping destination.
