A History of Tekskills Academy: From Campus-Based to Performance-Focused Online Learning

Since March 1999, Tekskills Academy has been delivering information technology training, testing, and career development services. Originally a campus-based institution, the Academy has since transitioned into a self-paced online model with instructor support, while maintaining a 100% performance-based training format using CompTIA Labsimulation technology. As a vendor-neutral technical school, Tekskills Computer Learning Center offers the general public comprehensive client/server training programs that effectively combine product knowledge with hands-on job function skills. Over the past 20 years, Tekskills Academy has remained an eligible training provider in good standing, partnering with WIOA across Arizona, Nevada, Illinois, and New York, and has graduated more than 10,000 students.
